Hotdishes.com effective Feb 14th 2003 - will ship all the products through UPS ground or Fedex ground unless through other shipping agencies in special cases
Hotdishes.com does not charge any shipping for all products except for the indian groceries. After the shipment the tracking number will be mailed to the customers or else the shipment confirmation.
Any non -receipt or damage of products or services should be informed to hotdishes through email
info@hotdishes.com - within 5 business days.
Incorrect Shipping information:
If the customer had entered incorrect shipping address in the order, HotDishes.com will not refund any amount if the product has already been delivered and cannot retrieve it. A $15 processing fee will be charged to re-deliver to the corrected address if it is possible to retrieve the delivered shipment.
The customer should be aware of the package that is being delivered and should be able to accept the packages - Hotdishes.com will not be responsible for undelivered packages - customers not accepting the delivery due to various causes
