1. Before you sign the POD (Proof of Delivery), please check
||How many pieces are on the POD and how many you received
Examine boxes for any damage. If there are any damages in the box and you suspect damage
of the product, you have to refuse the delivery (Do not sign the POD).
If the damage is minimal and the unit seems ok,
make sure the carrier writes the condition of box on the POD before you sign.
Be aware that open box damage claim (Concealed damage claim) will not be accepted if box is damaged.

to understand what Concealed damage is.
2. If the package is opened and you find a damage please report the condition to Hotdishes team immediately with your proof of pictures within 5 business days for us to process your claim
3. Wood products such as massage table are very heavy pieces, Hotdishes delivers massage tables to the door - And we are responsible for door delivery only - The product weighs around 300 kgs - and the customer is responsible to open the box and assemble the unit.
4. Wooden products like Ayurveda Massage table massage table and Wooden Dhara pot are all hand made, the grains of the wood may vary as its natural wood and small minor cracks may appear on the table due to different climatic conditions and normal wear and tear.
5. All our wooden products like Ayurvedic massage tables and wooden Ayurveda Equipments are hand made custom made in india after the order is being placed so a lead time - 3 to 12 weeks to make the product and another 5 weeks for transit is required.
6. Hotdishes is not responsible for any customs or any import delays that is caused when an Wooden Ayurvedic Equipment is being imported into the USA.
7. Hotdishes cannot allow any returns after the product is being used. It negates our return policy
8. Any product that does not fit your description should be notified to Hotdishes team with 5 business days of delivery with your formal letter of description with proof of pictures, Hotdishes team will notify of how to proceed on this issue.
9. For all shippping Damages on Ayurvedic Massage tables and wooden Dhara pots and Ayurvedic Massage Equipments the claims go through our shipping company which is not linked with Hotdishes - The shipping company has their procedures and policies which needs to be followed in which case for all international shipments the shipping company policies and procedures of claim come into place.
