Recipe Name : Shakkarpara
1/2 Cup Ghee
21/2 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
Pinch of salt
2tbs Semolina/ sooji
Oil for frying
Melt the ghee and then add sugar and milk .In that add Sooji and salt and mix it well. Now add the all purpose flour in that mixer and make a soft dough...
Note: The dough should be soft, so add the flour according to it
Keep the dough for 10 min aside
Now make 4 part of the dough. and roll the dough like a thick roti and cut it in square shape by using the pizza cutter / knife. now our sharkkar pali's are ready to fry.
On other side, heat the oil . Once the oil is ready to fry , make medium flame and then fry the shankar pali by making small small batches.
Now the hot and sweet shankar pali is ready to eat.
