Pearl payasam

Preparation Time : 2 hours

Ingredients:

1 cup Chinese tapioca pearls

1 can of jack fruit sliced

1 can of palm seed sliced

1 can of coconut cream

1 cup of milk

1 cup 0f sugar

 

Methods:

 

Cook tapioca pearls in a pressure cooker adding 2cups of water. Cook for whistles. When the pressure is gone open the cooker and add the sugar to the cooked tapioca and leave it for 2hours, so that the pearls are sweetened. Then add the sliced lichees, jack fruit and palm fruit slices, and milk. Finally add the coconut cream. 

Delicious pearl payasam is ready.
