Ingrediants of Chappathi Mushroom Roll :
currymasal [or]chilly powder
Preparation of Chappathi Mushroom Roll :
1.Cut mushroom in to small pieces
2.Boil mushroom along with garlic
[no need to pour water just spray]
3.Heat oil in pan and add mustard and dhal along with this add onion and fry till it
turns brown and add tomato ,chilly powder [or] curry masala,garam masala,salt and fry it
well and finally add mushroom,corianderleaves fry it the mushroom shrinks.
Pour some warm water in wheat ,maidaflour along with some oil. make those into small chappathis and stuff with gravy and serve it with hot.
1.just for taste we are adding maida.so if we need we can add.
2.while doing chappathi if we add butter the chappathi will be soft [or] we can add boiled
potato to that flour while mixing by reducing water to get more soft.
