CHICKEN SHARKASIEH
CHICKEN SHARKASIEH


 1 large chicken (cut into small pieces ,clean,drain & deep
                 fry slightly.keep aside)
100g walnuts    (grind with 1 tsp chillie pd.&1 tsp coriand-
                 er pd.)
2 chicken stock (dissolved in 1/2cup warm water)
2 slies of bread(trim the edges & soak in 2 tbsp of chicken
                 broth)
1 small onion    chopped
2cloves of garlic chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt according to taste.

Method-
Heat oil add onion & garlic, fry,add walnut paste & soaked
bread,mix well, add chicken stock,stir & cook till creamy.
add fried chicken pieces & salt.simmer till chicken is done.

Serve with ghee & peas rice.
