Natural Pregnancy Nutrition and Diet :
 
Prevent stretch marks naturally :
 
For the stretch marks during pregnancy you  will need Good coco butter or stretch mark cream that’s available in whole foods or any natural store. Also you can use pure VITAMIN E oil.
 Store bought stretch mark creams  is still the best but its too much chemicals.
 
Food and nutrition during pregnancy :
 
Wholesome diet with protein and carbohydrates enough vegetables and fruits. Mediatation is highly recommended for a healthy pregnancy. You will need great food. And plenty of rest. With respect to multi vitamin again the natural food stores would have pregnancy multi vitamin which they recommend with folic acid if you take a proper diet and walking and exercise you will not need to take too much multi vitamin. Pomeogranate the fruit is great source of vitamins and nutrients. Avoid long exposure to TV or computer. Moving along keeps the baby healthy and blood flow even. some  doctors advised  to take fish oil - but please consult your gyneacologist for the same. Every doctors advise is different if you are already  taken a multi vitamin and good diet you would not be needing anything more.

 Also you should be taken hand squezeed juices like carrots and apples. VERY great for baby only 1 apple or 1 carrot can be shredded and had as juice  or eaten raw.

3 almonds soaked overnight and remove the skin and eat in the morning great source of vitamin E again. Soaking the nuts increases the benefits of the nuts and also helps in digesting the nut also reduces the intensity of the toxins.
 Eating avacado as salads with lemon juice great for baby's development.
 Do not over use saffron only a pinch would help the baby eating enough ghee during pregnancy helps but NOT too much
 
Meditation during pregnancy:
 
Meditation helps relieves the stress of pregnancy. Being happy makes the baby happy too.
