Egg Curry
Egg Curry


Egg Curry Ingredients:

 

Eggs - 3 (boiled separately in water)
Tomatoes - 1
Coconut Milk- 3 cups
Onion -2
red chillies - 7
jeera - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 5 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
curry leaves
asafetida - a pinch salt to taste
mustard seeds

To grind:

Heat some oil in a pan and add the cut onions, asafetida, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, red chillies, jeera and fry them well. Then, grind them well till you get a fine paste

Egg Curry Preparation:

Heat some oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and add the cut onions, fry them well until it turns golden brown.
Now add the tomatoes, after that add the ground paste let them cook. Add the Coconut Milk and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add the boiled eggs (cut them in the sides) garnish with coriander leaves
