Ingredients:
Aloo-1
Mutter - 1/2cup
Paneer-1cup
Oil
Mustard seeds
Cuminseeds
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste-1/2spooneach,
Tomato ketchup-1 spoon
Green chillies-3
Salt
Red chillie powder.
Turmeric powder
Cilantro-for garnishing
Method:
Deep fry aloo, paneer separately in oil and keep it aside. Then take a pan and add 3 spoons of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, salt, tomato ketchup, turmeric powder and red chillie powder, mutter and make it to boil for some time until it gets cooked, now add aloo, paneer at last add cilantro for garnishing, now it’s ready.
