Fish Kolambhu Ingredients:
Onion - 2
Coriander seeds - 100gms
Red chilies - 5
Tamarind
Fish - 250 gms
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
To Grind:
Heat some oil; add the cut onions the coriander seeds and the red chilies, turmeric powder. Fry them well, and grind them well.
Fish Kolambhu Preparation:
1) Fry some oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds.
2) Add the onions, add the ground paste and let that cook well
3) Add the tamarind water to the boiling paste, and add the salt
4) Finally when that comes to a boil now add the fish.
Tip:
Dilute the coconut milk, and add the dilute coconut milk then later add the thick coconut milk 5 minutes before you bring you turn down the stove.
