This Marzipan recipe is basically almond paste that
can be used with candy, fruits and cakes.
Marzipan Candy Ingredients
100gms of ground almonds
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg white
3 tablespoons rosewater or lemon juice
Marzipan Candy Preparation:
In a medium sized bowl mix the ground almonds,sugar.
Make a well in the centre then add the unbeaten egg yolk
and rosewater.Mix it well. knead with fingers to make a
consistent dough. Remove from bowl and place on a dusted
board with confectioners sugar and form desired shapes.
Then let is dry for about a day.
