Carrot β 1 no.,
Beans β 1 tbsp., chopped,
Peas β 1 tbsp.,
Tomato β 1 no.,
Onion β 1 no. small,
Cauliflower β a few florets,
Salt β to taste,
Pepper β a pinch.
Plain Vegetable Thin Soup Preparation:
Peel and chop all the vegetables except tomato and pressure cook them. Boil tomato separately and blend it. Now, mix the boiled vegetables with the blended tomato and beat well with a wooden ladle.
