Pasi Paruppu Mavu Urundai Ingredients:

 

Split green gram – 1 cup,

Sugar – 1 ¼ cup,

clarified utter – 1 cup.

Pasi Paruppu Mavu Urundai Preparation:

Clean the split green gram well. Keep the pan on the stove and roast the gram till the gram comes out with a good flavour.Cool the gram and grind to a powder and sieve the flour. Grind the sugar to form a powder and sieve the powdered sugar.Mix the powdered sugar and powdered green gram.Keep the pan on the stove and pour the ghee and heat it well do not over heat pour the ghee into the flour mixture. The flour will form froth now thy is the right consistency.Add the melted ghee to the flour and mix well and make into small balls.
