Koli Pal Curry


Koli Pal Curry Ingredients:

Chicken – 250 gms,

 mushroom – 10 nos,

spring onions – 1 tbsp,

carrot – 1 tbsp,

 tomato puree – 2 tbspn,

 water – 200ml,

carnflour – 1 tsp,

 ghee – 2 tsp,

milk – 100ml,

refined flour 1 tspn,

salt to taste

Koli Pal Curry preparaion:

Cut the chicken into pieces and wash it and keep it aside. Cut mushroom, carrot, spring onions into small pieces add it to the chicken.Add the tomato puree and water to it and cook the mixture. After the mixture is being half cooked add salt mix it well and remove from fire.Keep the pan on the stove and pour half the amount of milk and add the butter to it mix the butter in the milk when the butter is melted in the milk, pour the remaining milk and add butter to it, cornflower and mix it well. Cook in slow fire.When this mixture becomes a thick paste add the chicken mixture and mix it well and cover the pan. Simmer it and keep it covered for few minutes and remove from fire. This dish will be in a different taste. If needed pepper powder can  be sprinkled over the dish before eating.
